Salsa, Shake, Shimmy - Just Don't Sit! #getup

I've been thinking about writing a post about the negative impact of too much sitting, and then read this piece by A Doctor in the House and knew I couldn't sit on the topic any longer (pun intended!).

They're calling it "the sitting disease." Even for us folks like us who regularly work out, we're likely spending no more than 1-2 hours being vigorously active each day, which means way too much time sitting at home and at work - even if you occasionally mark your choreo while you're on a conference call. ;) Honestly, I'm thinking about getting one of these for work.
