ReplyDeleteFitness for me means teaching Zumba twice a week and weight training 3 times a week. Sometimes it only ends up being 2 times a week because, well, LIFE, but that works just fine for me. :)

ReplyDeleteI do Zumba 3x/week, and try to follow the #wycwyc motto with my children especially. I am also starting to teach Zumba in a few weeks, so it will come into play there as well.
