Before The Z Beat launched in August 2014, there were only one or two blogs about dance fitness. Other health and wellness programs - like Crossfit, Weight Watchers, and even plain old running - have dedicated bloggers who document their ups and downs, review products, and build grassroots excitement about their chosen program. The Z Beat offers this and more for Zumba lovers - both the 15 million class attendees and the thousands of dedicated instructors who live for all things dance fitness.
